Exciting news! The HTX Affiliate Development Program #7 is officially live. Refer friends to sign up and trade on HTX during the event for a chance to split a $5,000 prize pool. Event Period: 16:00 (UTC) on June 4, 2025 - 15:59 (UTC) on June 19, 2025
Eligibility: Invited HTX Affiliates only
Participants must become an HTX Affiliate before 16:00 (UTC) on May 30, 2025, and maintain an average daily trading volume of less than 100,000 USDT in the 15 days leading up to the event.

Event 1: Split $5,000 by Referring Friends to Sign Up and Trade on HTX
During the event, invite friends to sign up on HTX using your exclusive referral link or code. Each time an invitee completes level 3 KYC verification and reaches a cumulative trading volume of ≥100,000 USDT, you'll receive 5 USDT. Each eligible HTX Affiliate can earn up to $500 in $HTX. The total prize pool is $5,000 in $HTX, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until depleted.

Event 2: Take on the Trading Challenge Task to Win a Share of $10,000
You'll be eligible to share a $10,000 ultimate prize pool by meeting two requirements. First, invite 5 or more friends to sign up and trade on HTX during the event. Second, ensure the cumulative trading volume of all your invitees during the event period reaches the trading volume target specified below. Each eligible HTX Affiliate can earn up to $3,000 in rewards!

* Rewards from this event are not cumulative. HTX Affiliates will only receive the highest reward corresponding to their invitees' cumulative trading volume.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Only eligible HTX Affiliates can participate in this event.
2. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
3. HTX Affiliates cannot simultaneously enjoy benefits of this program and privileges of Prime 9 or above.
4. Trading Volume Calculation Criteria for This Event
(1) An Affiliate's total trading volume during the event = The combined trading volume of spot and futures trades (including both USDT-margined and coin-margined futures) for the Affiliate and their invitees during the event period.
(2) Only trading volume whose trading fees have been paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, market maker fee rates, negative fee rates, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
5. HTX Affiliates are required to complete level 1 KYC verification. Failure to complete identity verification before the event ends will result in ineligibility to receive rewards. Rewards will not be extended.
6. Winners can receive rewards either from this event or other promotions. If you qualify for multiple rewards, you will receive the highest reward applicable to you.
7. Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends. If winners have not received their rewards within the specified timeframe, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
8. Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
9. HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
